Shipping policy

1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within three business days of your order, and then take up to 2-3 weeks to reach your doorstep. Some big items like home or pet furniture may take 1-2 months to arrive.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Please email customer service or contact us page to confirm the cancelation.

3. Shipping methods?

Orders are shipped via our preferred express couriers, like DHL, FedEx or Canada Post etc.

Please note: Delivery times are only an estimate. Locations outside capital cities and major regional centers may require extra working days for delivery. Very remote locations will take longer.
